I’m dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential, navigate their struggles, and achieve their dreams.
I discovered MY True North nearly 21 years ago! But due to my own self doubt and fears, I chose not to chase after it. Instead, I chased after fulfillment and safety in my job, unhealthy relationships, toxic friends, and making the next dollar. 12 years ago I was sitting on my floor, miserable, and had to make a decision.
In that moment, I said “yes” to myself and began the journey of a lifetime…but not before a little coaching and therapy.
After some time, I realized what had been missing. This moment was so incredibly eye opening and uplifting that I knew I wanted others to have a equal if not greater catalyst. With the partnership of a number of great mentors, I went back to school and finished my Masters of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Psychology and completed my 2,500+ hours of coaching for certification with the International Coaching Federation.
At this point I knew what the next step was.
This is when True North Catalyst was born!
